The hotel room was horrible it was cleaned we found open soap in the bathroom. We found hair on the shower walls. There was pet hair on the sofa and we found an empty bottle under one of the beds. The over night staff member was completely rude. The only thing that saved that rating was the evening shift receptionist was absolutely amazing. When we went to check out the receptionist had a blanket draped around her and just appeared unprofessional. I would not book here again.

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites and unfortunately, my experience did not match the expectations set by the main floor. The lobby area was very clean and had a pleasant smell, which gave us the impression that the rest of the property would be the same — but that was not the case. The hallway on the second floor had a strong, humid, musty odor that was very unpleasant. When we entered our room, things only got worse. The pull-out couch was completely unusable — the corner of it had multiple stains and visible mold. The loveseat was also in poor condition, with threads coming out and visible dirt. We didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it without covering it first. The room itself was very basic, but due to the condition of the furniture, I didn’t feel comfortable even using the bedding. I ended up putting a t-shirt over the pillows just to feel at ease. We even went out to buy cleaning supplies ourselves because of how uncomfortable we felt. The bathroom was by far the worst part. The ceiling had visible mold, which was extremely concerning. We were in and out frequently, so it didn’t make sense at the time to go through the hassle of switching rooms, but we did inform the front desk about the hallway odor. They offered to spray, which they did, but it didn’t resolve the overall issue. Due to spring break timing, the price was very high, and it was absolutely not worth what we paid. For a property rated 7.5/10, this was very surprising

Our first room was covered in mold, the hallway and room smelled strong of cigarettes and mold, and the room looked nothing like in the pictures. I talked to front desk and she seemed to have no knowledge of the addition they originally put us in and acted like she knew nothing about the smell, how the rooms looked, the mold, etc. They sgreed to move us but did not have a room big enough for all of us so one of my children slept on cushions on the floor. We were told they would have a room to fit us the next day. We waited around until 11am instead of going out and enjoying our vacation. I finally told them we just wanted to leave and to cancel the rest of our reservation. She did and gave us a SMALL discount on the first night. When we left the elevator was broken and we had to carry everything down four flights of stairs. We left and went to the Hyatt, it was a much better experience for not much more money.

Breakfast was mediocre. But in a pinch its do-able. Would not stay again, apparently BSO gets called here alot... Place needs updating. Shower curtain was tore up, shower temp was WAY too hot. And I love a hot shower, but it was extreme. No water pressure either. Couple of the outlets including the usb ports didnt work. 3rd floor hallway smelled horrible, but room didnt. Elevator broke on the 2nd day of trip. Room faced the road, which was very loud. Staff was very nice, no complaints there. Its also located near many food options. Didnt get to enjoy the pool or hot tub due to weather, obviously not their fault.

The room was absolutely filthy. First and foremost. I did not sleep for 3 nights because it was so loud and they refused to move my room. There was NOT 24 hr coffee. It was gone after breakfast. The night staff had horrible attitudes. The WiFi did not work at all after the first night but I didn’t even want to deal with the staff to fix it. I can’t believe how much I paid to be here. I usually stay at comfort suites, but this was really shocking. I will not be back. Disappointing is an understatement.

I walked in to the room and walked back down and canceled my reservation. The floor was so dirty and even sticky in spots. In the lobby there was some kind of air fogger/freshener and it smelled horrible and was so strong. I was getting a headache in the few minutes I stood there.

It was super outdated super dirty never again stay away from this place don’t bring your family here trust me you’ll regret it

TV was not working half the time (no signal), regular coffee machine broken, trucks with engine running parked within close proximity to the pool, staff friendly, only cleaned room every third day,

The room was ok. Not was I expected. The sofa bed was stained and hard to pull out and push back in. The shower wasn’t the cleanest. However, the front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was great

The lady that checked me in was amazing. The lobby was very nice when you walk in . Parking was great and easy . I was in room 119. The actual door handle was extremely loose and you had to pull the door hard to get it to shut . ( explains why the door handle was loose) Then the floor was super filthy. Socks were black. And the shower pressure was poor . The bathroom toilet was very low to the ground and it was running every 5 minutes. Now the closet door was rusty ant the bottom and the track for the door was filled full of dirt /hair and who knows what else. The flooring was separated throughout the room. Shower curtain had the curve bar and it was higher on the shower head side so the curtain would keep opening and water was going out the shower.

I should note two points about this assessment. 1) I spent 15 years in various hotels as I traveled for work as an evaluator. 2) This was not my first visit to this facility. Staff was courteous. The lobby was clean and well kept, but had the same look I saw when I first visited 15 years ago. Building age is showing. Hotel seemed quiet and clean although a bit ragged. Furniture was older and well worn. Musty smell in hallways. Lav drain very slow with low water pressure. Nicely sized suite. Bright bath with ample towels and toiletries but with slippery tub surface. Sofa bed might be OK as a bed but had terrible support as a sofa. Privacy door to Bedroom was a positive. The morning breakfast bar was not a positive feature. Eggs and sausage were cold with NO morning juice and only two apples on the bar as alternatives to juice. There appeared only minimal choices on the breakfast bar. The desk clerk alluded to my room grade when I first attempted to register after a long drive but before my room was ready. I hope that I can assume that all room grades are given the same amount of effort and care. All in all, my wife and I were disappointed, but possibly because we had such fond memories of this property from our previous experiences. At this point, we feel our money would be better spent at a different property.
