"The staff was very friendly and polite, easy check-in. The room was excellent very clean tidy and quiet. The pool was warmer than the hot tub which was problematic. The only parking offer was valet. Expedia said it was $15 was $22 but that could’ve been a price update overall good hotel breakfast was fantastic."

"Unacceptable. Arrived to two rooms riddled with mould. We could not stay there for a night! Staff were very unhelpful and we are still trying to be refunded with little to no help or response. This hotel should not be in operation."

"Unfortunately, I was unable to make this trip due to medical issue. I tried to cancel booking through Expedia, at 5:30, and was told I couldn't cancel and the Hotel was keeping an amount of money, which was more I paid for the room. That was a refundable booking as well. Expedia was going to reach out to the hotel directly to see if they would waive the cancelation price, but the hotel didn't. Next step was filing a claim with the travel insurance company - this entire process is pain...

"I was provided a renovated room by the front counter attendant. A/C worked, sheets and pillows were clean. Bathroom clean. So room was the best it could be. That said, lipstick on a pig is still a pig. The 'motor inn' is a dump. But what do you expect for $74/85? Absolutely zero amenities. No breakfast. OK if you're just passing thru."

"Excellent! Cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Stanton House Inn. The property is meticulously maintained, the house is as gracious and welcoming as the staff. Our room was spotless, comfortable and well appointed with a mix of modern touches and lovely antiques. The staff is the heart of the home, warm and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious—healthy options as well as homemade indulgences. We cannot wait for another visit!"

"Everything was very good at the hotel with the exception of the there was a terrible sewer smell when we arrived on Friday afternoon on the first floor entry from the parking area and again on the 4th floor going to our room. Seemed not to be as bad on Saturday but did notice it again strong this morning. The carpet on the 4th floor on the way to our room was very dated and dirty looking.
