No privacy had a hard time with the outlets to use the outlet next to the sink to be able to use a curling iron had to be able to be plugged underneath the sink cabinet no ballet no luggage service to the room you had to get the card and load your own luggage and take it downstairs and then the valet service was a separate charge from the hotel service at the valet OK"

"Staff charged me double and then wanted to still charge an incidental fee which is ridiculous. Said it would take 5 days for me to get my money back"

"The bed was comfy but the TV didn’t work. There was a dead bug stuck to the bulletin board behind a piece of paper with hotel information. Not a huge deal, especially since we didn’t see it until we were packing up to leave."

"Wow..just wow! All I can say about this stay was that it was absolutely incredible. Starting from the very easy pre-check in process all the way to the gorgeous rooms, every detail of the Kasa was creative, innovative, and of course, stunning. Between the free iced protein coffee beverages and water in the room refrigerator (plus snacks, like protein bars and chocolate!) to a fully, and I mean fully stocked lobby area with complimentary snacks and more drink options than most restaurants have,...

"I had my daughter there. We just finished an orientation for UGA. It was an all day two day event and we would have loved to have sat outside in the courtyard area however, smoking and cigar smoking were allowed and it made this area non-useful for us."

"Avoid this location if at all possible. Nasty rooms, linen, and bathroom filled with mold. The staff was also rude and very disrespectful. Several attempts with management and they block your number."
