Hotel dekat University Place

"Awful service never experienced such disgust with Marriott specifically front desk employee Manu (((( rude, unprofessional, no class, no ethics or basic knowledge of how to represent Mariott. Every single small question , or need was answered with nasty attitude, rudeness and unprofessional attitude. 4 of the families staying with us were treated same way and I complained to her manager but not sure if she was taken care of. She ruined our stay as somehow she was almost every day working there."

"Clean and beautiful hotel"

"The hotel needs deep cleaning."

"I loved the location of this hotel. It is at a short walking distance from Lavell Edward Stadium. The best place to stay if you are attending a BYU game. There are a lot of shopping places and restaurants very close. It has a small pool, but it is ok for swimming or just cooling off and relaxing. The gym though, it is not very nice. It has just two thread mills and one wasn't working. It has one elliptical machine and a few dumbbells. That is it. It is also very small, not more than 3 people can...

"The room was absolutely disgusting. There was a stain on the coverlet on one bed, there were long black hairs on the shower walls, and the shower floor was black. The mirror by the coffee pot was smeared, and it wasn't from cleaning supplies. The hotel needs to be remodeled and updated. Such a disappointment. Ran out of coffee cups in the breakfast area. Staff solved the problem with supplying coffee cups that are supplied in the rooms."

"On the ceiling it looked like something sprayed up on it like blood or something gross makes me question the cleanliness of the room"

"Our room was completely disgusting. Stains all over the carpet, empty beer bottles in the hallway, and we’re not sure what was in the bathtub and bathroom floor. When we left the property and asked for a refund, the front desk staff told us to go through Expedia and that the hotel would issue the refund. The hotel later denied the refund. The price might be cheaper than other hotels in the area, but not worth it!!"

"We absolutely love it!"

"I absolutely loved it. I’ve never stayed at an inn before. I don’t even want to tell you how perfectly quaint it was cause I don’t want it to always be booked when I want to go stay again. Might be our new yearly sister trip tradition."

"It’s a great location. I felt very safe."

"Clean and comfortable"

"Great hotel. Great location."

"Stay here! What a fun, unique and thoughtfully constructed bed and breakfast. In the heart of downtown Provo it is a great place to make your home base. Comfortable king bed with a room and house full of quirky and fun discoveries. Continental breakfast works well and was always out in the kitchen. Ideal for couples or single travelers."

"They stuck us in the worst room they had because we used a third party to book the stay. The room was small and had no sofa or chairs. It was a handicap room that had no tub. When you took a shower the water ran all over the entire restroom floor. They also ran out of coffee and oatmeal but those were minor things in comparison."
