It was really great to walk into the hotel with air conditioning during France's "heat wave". Our room was nice and cool and good size too. It looked like redecorated fairly recently. Top notch stay, great place to rest after days at the Tour de France!

The hotel has been just renovated, and the room are in excellent condition. Good customer service and the food at the restaurant is really good too.

Overall, it was an excellent stay. The patron was very helpful but it would have been nice if he spoke just a tiny bit of anglais. We muddled through with my tiny bit of schoolboy french and many gestures. The kitchen/dining area was well equipped, it was a case of working everything out for myself. The communal lounge was pleasant enough but little used as the fire had a mind of it's own, it was only on once briefly during my 5 night stay, and the wi-fi didn't work in that area which was a...

This was a wonderful discovery! Beautiful tranquil setting with a charming host. The property is accessible via a quaint forest road. Having meals on our veranda overlooking the lake was a wonderful break. Dinner was perfect (4-course), and breakfast fresh and included lovely pastries and or course a gorgeous Frech croissant, the perfect start to a day in the charming French countryside.

Nice hotel right opposite the station

The host is super friendly and super helpful. The breakfast was extraordinary. The only thing I would wish to be improved is the kitchen. Cooking on a small and single gas is very slow and not so effective. Overall the stay was superb..🙂🙂

It’s a beautiful property. We were very late to check in but were received well. beautiful surroundings. Wish we could extend our stay but had to travel.

An absolutely fantastic place. Beautiful, solid, antique room, with loads of space. Beautiful and plentiful breakfast. Wonderful host. Magnificent.
