"I called the hotel to let them know I was on my way and staff member named John was so sweet and helpfully!! The hotel was clean and all the staff were friendly. Definitely will be back!! Breakfast was available but I got there too late! 😂"

"Stinky room. Smelled of stale smoke and mold. Opening windows did no good. Rat droppings spotted in one corner. Leaky windows. I’m glad we were only there from 2 am til 10 am."

"The valet parking was chaotic. Breakfast was a crazy mad house, we ended up not having breakfast there. We tired two different times and it was just nuts . The location was good, 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. 12-16 minute walk to downtown area. Rooms was clean and tidy. No one’s was rooms were ready when we arrived at 5. They also forgot to give us bath towels for showering. Staff was friendly"

"Location was great for walking to the nearby brewpubs and shops, easy access to walking trail. However, our room was facing Mission St and it was super noisy from cars driving by throughout the night and morning. They didn't have any rooms on the first floor so only floor was second floor. There were stairs to get out and let you out on the street, which was convenient with dogs, but door doesn't open from the outside so always had to go inside to get to room. All in all, it was fine, convenient...

"Underground parking $20 per night. Nightmare to park. Extreamly small parking stalls. They need to redraw all parking lines and give more room away from building pillars. Free EV charging is a plus and was easy to get on weekdays."

"It was clean, but the soap holder in the shower was nasty. As to amenities, no coffee in the room and the lack of electrical plugs in by center stand for the phones to be charged. Had to find one by the tv. The staff were excellent."

"Live music was already done by the time we checked in early in the afternoon. The restaurant was under renovation and we couldn't access the main courtyard with the creek running through it. Whole reason we wanted to stay there. Complete wash."

"Room was very clean, roomy and comfortable. Staff was great. Parking not so great. WiFi kept going in and out, which wouldn’t have been a problem if I was getting better phone reception."

"The deluxe two queens was third floor and had a view of the roller coaster. There is an elevator and good parking on property. We used the pool (10-10) and jacuzzis, which was a good perk. There’s a nice courtyard with cozy seating. The staff were nice and responsive to all our asks."
