"Really nice and clean place, locate in a city with a lot of stores"

"It’s an older property and the bathrooms need to be updated. Painting the original Pink Tile white is Not an Upgrade. The Room was Ok it wasn’t great. But it’s Not expensive either for being in Los Gatos so that’s a plus. Thomas H."

"My bed was covered with bugs disgusting I asked for a refund and I was told I have to leave the property. The guy was very helpful but I don’t suggest you stay there."

"The staff was amazing. So nice and attentive. Our room lock was malfunctioning but they had it fixed the next morning. The only downfall was not the fault of the Best Western - two nights in a row, other guests came in just before 3am and woke everyone up. In the parking lot, stomping in their rooms, beeping their car alarms. Annoying, but I know they were on vacation. Not the end of the world. I'd definitely stay here again."

"The check in process was horrible arrived at the location earlier than anticipated was told the room would not be ready until 3:00 pm which was ok since I arrived early. Came back around 3:15-3:30 pm. only to be told the room was still not ready and the hotel was over booked. I explained I had event I need to attend at 5:30 pm and needed to shower and change this event. The front desk person said he could not assist me due to the room would not be ready until 5:00 pm. "It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was delicious! Staff was helpful. "

"The room was okay for one night. It was little smelly. The person in the front desk was not friendly, but did his job. It was an open space with many spaces for parking. Air conditioner old and outdated, but the area is not extreme weather, so opening the sliding doors with fresh air kept it okay. Breakfast very simple: coffee and breads. In general is good for a short stay overnight with accessible prices for the area."

"The breakfast was great. They kept it full and fresh with lots of nice touches like fresh berries and a wide selection of herbal teas. They had a laundry room and they provided free soap. It was a nice place to stay."
