"Location is ideal if you are attending any sporting events as it is on the border of AAMI park with easy access to Rod Laver arena and beyond. Richmond and all the bars and restaurants is just a corner away. I was very happy with the location. There is some road noise at night but nothing that limits your sleeping."

"A perfect place to stay. The hotel it self is pretty new judging by the building and the interior, i took a single bed room which is more than adequate for a family of three. the room it self is very clean and u got everything needed from kitchenette to washing machine. South Yarra train station and tram stop is just a 5 min walk from the hotel. The rate that i got is very good and to top it off I got free parking during my 3 nights stay. Definitely will come back again for next visit to...

"I recently stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment at Quest St Kilda for two weeks. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, and the room was clean. However, my stay was frustrating due to a lack of basic maintenance and dismissive customer service. I specifically booked my room type so that I would have in-room laundry facilities. Unfortunately, the dryer was broken. I reported this to the front desk on three or four separate occasions, but despite reassurances each time, nothing was done to...

"The location of the hotel was amazing!! A tram stop right out the front that makes it super easy to get into the city. The facilities and room were well optioned and clean. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The parking facilities aren’t exactly part of the hotel building, but it was easy to access and use from within the hotel. I’ll easily stay here again for my next visit."

"Very affordable, large and fine for a quick stay. Cons: • noisy - evening sports games most nights nearby and the windows sound like they’re open • odour in the rooms - pipes smell - needed to ventilate each day • aircon/heater broken - screen completely shattered, couldn’t use (fortunately room was just warm enough without) Pro: • water pressure - shower was very good • basic essentials - has basics you need (pots, pans, etc)"
