"I had a great experience with the employee working the front desk, so I gave 5 stars for that experience.
However, I was really disappointed in the experience overall, so much so I didn't even stay at all. I booked this hotel because from the photos online, it looked well maintained, the rooms looked great, and overall it looked like a fine place to stay for a few days. When I pulled up to the location I saw that the hotel looked very run-down, I struggled for probably 5 minutes to even open...
