"There was an event and they used parking spaces under the building we were in. These were the only spaces for the building. We came back after going out to dinner and had no place to park. We were told there was no assigned parking."

"Great find, a little pricy but we enjoyed our stay. No real food to speak of except breakfast and lunch at Midway Café. But Midway café was excellent and there’s also a great coffee truck we didn’t try the food truck so maybe that is fine but I don’t know if we didn’t try it! But other than that, you’ve got to drive or take an Uber to Papa Joe’s, which was excellent and you can walk to square grouper, we’d loved both!"

"The room was amazing. The view and back patio from the room is stunning - and you can walk right out to the beach! The room was clean and had high ceilings and was very well thought out. The bar closes at 10:45pm, so be prepared for that. "

"The villa was perfect for our mini vacation! After staying in hotels the week before, it was so nice to come home to a place to sit (living room) and eat (dining room). My boyfriend loved the coffee! The bed was so comfortable and we loved the balcony where we watched the sunset every night. We will definitely be back on our next trip! "

Very relaxed property, nice warm pool, pleasant hosts, view out into the Atlantic (small marina, no beach to access), very spacious, comfortable room, screened deck overlooking the ocean, nice shower and ample parking. "Location was perfect. Close to lots of restaurants and snorkeling tours. The beach at the hotel was perfect. We saw a folding and manatee right from the hotel beach. We were also able to rent a kayak right at the hotel. The tiki bar was a nice option for a cocktail at night. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and free coffee in the lobby. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends! "

"Check-in was easy and welcoming. Easy parking. Room was very clean. Plenty of towels and toiletries. We had a lower level room on the canal. It was private and quiet. There was a table and chairs that allowed us the opportunity to sit outside in the evening. We had a pleasant stay."
