"This resort was an enormous disappointment and felt like a complete misrepresentation of what was advertised. The beach was one of the biggest letdowns there was very little actual beach space, and it was not swimmable, which completely undermines the vacation experience. The pool chairs were extremely uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was dreary and uninspired. Everything was beige and generic, with the feel of a Midwest airport hotel rather than a luxury Caribbean...

"This was the best hotel stay we have ever experienced. Upon arrival we were greeted with the friendliest reception staff. The entire week that was carried through with every staff member we encountered. Our room was very clean and daily housekeeping kept it sparkling all week. "This was our first time staying on the French side, at Esmeralda. Overall, it is a decent resort; it consists of small villages, each containing four guest rooms. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, and every village shares a swimming pool among its four units. The resort grounds feature a French restaurant serving very delicious food. Another nice perk is that the resort has its own private beach area, for which you can make reservations. There is a designated parking spot right next...

"Great property with a beautiful view of the hills from a picturesque sun deck. The sun deck on the first floor also includes a heated, well lit pool which is available for use all day long, beach chairs, a fully equipped kitchen(limited use) and a corner nook in case you wanna hang out by the pool but stay out of the sun at the same time. The property is very clean and well secured with parking included. My room was spacious and included an enclosed private deck with a patio in case you want to...
