Great staff, very friendly. very clean hotel in downtown/ shopping area. Hotel parking is a problem (there isn’t any), so would recommend taxi to get there. Manager Ramesh was very helpful in letting us park in alley next to hotel and then kept our keys overnight in case there was an issue ( there was not).

It is an older building in a busy area. It was exactly what we booked. The rooms were clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was on the boardwalk on the beach. Everything was great.

Good property, beach full of rentable chairs. Do people routinely pay $35 just to sit on the beach under an umbrella and sip booze? Seems silly to me. Elevator broke down in hotel day before I got there, was down entire stay. That was a huge inconvenience for us.

Convenient to cruise terminal

We chose the Horizon View Beach Hotel for its convenient location to the cruise terminal, ~1 mi. away. It is directly on the beach, though our room had more of a peek-a-boo beach view from a balcony, facing the adjacent building's roof. The room was clean and spacious with a kitchenette. It was rather sparse, with a table and chair but no soft furnishings other than the bed. I would return for the convenience factor and moderate price.

Property is very centrally located. It was large and clean. My room had a balcony with sea view. The property is old and has not recently been upgraded. Rusted ironing table and rusted lamp in room. Airconditioning did not function properly.

Something’s wrong with the feedback site. Very well located. Excellent service. Room fittings are tacky. The shutters placed for security spoiled the beautiful view of the sea. However, the same shutters blocked off the light and we were able to sleep like a baby! Keep the shutters rolled up for check in and roll them down for the night.

The patio door lock, security safe, bedside table lamp were defective and shower basin was leaking to outside wall under the shower stall step. Therefore we needed to carry our passports around all the time . It is not convenient at all. ( room # 507 ).
