"No communication upon arrival. No daily cleaning but we are supposed to know from a paper in room we found a days later. Need to ask in advance to get room cleaned. You can ask for clean towels. Washer and drier was helpful but no vacuum for sandy floors. well kept hotel and property overall was great. "

"This was one of the most disappointing resort experiences I’ve ever had. The room was fine and the location is beautiful, but the service completely ruined our stay. The resort is clearly and consistently understaffed. At many points, there is only one bartender working — not just occasionally, but regularly — and that same person is often also responsible for running food orders. "We have had another wonderful stay at Princess Heights Luxury Hotel. We were there for 12 days and we love the location. We had the ocean view to wake up to every morning which was amazing and lovely to sit on the patio to wake up slowly. Very quiet location, attentive staff, good restaurants within driving distance. Dawn Beach is close to walk to but small. We were lucky to see some monkeys while there also. We highly recommend this location, however, you do need a car or use a taxi to get...

"We stayed in a three bedroom three bath walk out to the beach villa. It was perfect. Beach wasn’t crowded and we didn’t have to fight for a palapa. The water was clear and clean. No seaweed. My only small recommendation for the hotel would be for them to bring in some more sand for the beach. Great location an you can walk to many restaurants and some shops. There is a small convenience store on site which was great. Don’t hesitate just book it. "

The water went out when we first check in but the host was able to reach out to the water company. We was able to get back up water but it was cold. "
