The home is beautiful the pictures does this home no justice. It is on a hill and further away from food and night life. I do recommend a driver for sure. The host was very accommodating to us. Our flight was days and hours delayed and we had an extra guest. The check out process was smooth if you need a later check out I would recommend just booking for the full day.

Our host Nicky was an amazing help. She made my stay feel nothing but amazing, from communicating, to any help needed and made my stay feel like I’m at home. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want to be away from where mostly everyone stays when they travel to St. Maarten. Besides that the view was amazing, the complimentary snacks and beautiful touches in the unit. I will definitely return here again when I come back to St Maarten

The hotel is just built, excellent design, fully equipped, great ocean view, shops are 12 minutes drive. Note that the hotel is located on top of the mountain and the access is very steep road about 1 mile, also the offered concierge service is not satisfactory.

The property is amazing and true to the pictures. Check in was seamless. The only issue we had was our key fob didn’t work one night and we was lock outside out unit until the property manager arrived which took quite some time.

This property is stunning! The view is everything and it was sooo nice sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by. Nicky, the concierge, is super helpful and there for whatever you need. The space is very modern and I really didn't want to leave. It's definitely recommended to have a rental vehicle though because the property is situated on a hill that isn't too walkable, but I would absolutely book this place again.

Nicky was the bessssstttt host ever ! She made us feel welcome , helped with itenerary , helped me order food to the room , answered ALL of my questions that I had . She was awesome , I will def recommend this hotel to my friends and family ! We loved it sooooooo much & the view/scenery was soooooooo nice . Nicky helped with getting me a rental car as well it was a great price and a very smoothe transaction at the airport !

Hopefully this helps: 1) the place is beautiful both the unit (we were in building 2) and the view is absolutely spectacular! 2) communication with host was fine although I did not have WhatsApp . 3) there were snacks and drinks upon our arrival which was nice. After there was a hiccup with payment and it was resolved the communication pretty much stopped. We had an issue when the microwave or random questions and there was no real communication at all which was disappointing. 3) the pool is one depth so if your short like me 5’4 it might be a bit difficult 4) place is about 30-45 min from where the restaurants and main activities are so be prepared for this , it sits on a hill and Google Maps gets confused or we were because there are no street signs which was confusing in getting up the hill to the property We would 100% stay there again!

We met Nicky Persaud on arrival, she was our concierge during our stay. Very helpful in assisting with visits, reservations and friendly advices. Its our first time on the island so we needed this.. place is spotless and so convenient....most of all the view is so amazing. Panoramic view for sure! I highly recommend this place for your visit! I am definitely returning.

The place is exactly like the pictures. It was beautiful. The host greeted us well when it was check in. Only issue was the shower water was very cold. The water went out when we first check in but the host was able to reach out to the water company. We was able to get back up water but it was cold.

The stay was amazing and so much more than we expected. Nikki is so personable and full of information. Panorama was an absolute dream with all the latest technology immersed with beautiful views. The pool was great and spent half the day just relaxing. The rooms were all large, with plenty of closet space and so clean. We felt at home the entire time and can’t wait to return. As Nikki said this is your home away from home now.

Very good stay with excellent facility, modern & clean with everything needed in a spacious apartment for a one week stay. Great ocean view. Only drawback was unit was not ready when we arrived and had to wait one extra day for check in; we were taken care by management during that time; but it was an unexpected hurdle with one day lost in our week stay
