We loved that the property was spread out and a lot of things to do. It was awesome that you can snorkel from the beach and see fish and the sculptures. Our room at Oceans was amazing and great view.

It was everything I wanted. I felt safe on the resort and felt like it was homey and low stress. Food quality could have been better.

This was not our first time here but will be our last. We stayed in the oceans section - room 2008. View from the room was amazing but that’s where it ends. The water pressure in the bathroom was so bad and sewer flies came out of the drain. The sewer smell in the room was awful. Room was not cleaned each day, the same water bottle left on the walkway was there the entire week (do they not clean at all??) When we arrived there was a family checking in who was extremely upset about their room and said they have been coming here for 30 years. The bellhop was the nicest gentleman as was the woman working in the coffee shop. The main women at the security gate basically growled at us every time we came and left the resort - clearly hates her job and was just rude. Picked up our beach towels and was warned to make sure we returned them to get the pass back or we’d be charged. On the last day I dropped the towels off in the lobby (a giant overflowing pile of wet towels) and when I inquired with the women at the front desk they seemed annoyed that I was asking and told me I already checked out and nothing needed to be done. How about thanks for coming and hope to see you soon? Outright rude! Love st Martin and come 2x per year but will be finding better places to stay

Just spent an amazing 4 days at Divi Little Bay! Our room had a gorgeous view overlooking the bay and was much more spacious than anticipated. The room was cleaned everyday by the nicest cleaning ladies. The other staff members were also very friendly. The beach was perfect and not overcrowded at all. No issue finding chairs at the beach or the main pool. The restaurants were all good and not overly expensive. The only one we didn’t try was the pureocean buffet. We definitely plan on returning!

My stay was frustrating due to the inconsistency in service. It seemed like certain guests were prioritized over others, and we did not receive the same level of care or attentiveness. I also wish there were more inclusive breakfast options, as there were no non-pork meat choices available. I hope the hotel can improve both its service standards and menu variety to better accommodate all guests

Beautiful property and excellent location. Room recently renovated was very nicely appointed, though it always had a peculiar smell that many people have complained about. Apparently their water supply to the rooms has too much sulfur is my understanding. Staff, from top-down, need to have some serious insightful discussions as to how to treat guests. From check-in to check-out they act as though they didn’t want to be bothered. Had planned to stay onsite as much as possible using the restaurant locations, but soon discovered that was not possible and required going to offsite restaurants. Apparently severely understaffed. It was not unusual for servers to tell you up front there would be a 45 minute to one hour wait to receive your order. Spoke to guests at other tables and seemed to us the only people who agreed to wait that long were guest who had prepaid through an all exclusive plan. So, they had no choice but to wait as they had already paid for their food. Consider this FACT if you are thinking of opting for an all inclusive plan. In summary, a beautiful property with fantastic potential but something is really amiss at Divi Little Bay Beach Resort. I would only stay here again if I knew the shortfalls had been attended to.

Very unfriendly front desk Restaurant even though not crowded due to understaffing was always a long wait to get food or drinks Any additional assistance or requests make sure it is noted in the reservation. For even simple request front desk always starts with not guaranteed. Have stayed in other Divi but this resort experience was not good. Similar experience shared by two families in the cab ride back to the airport

It was amazing! The beach was incredible. Our room was clean, and the majority of the staff was amazing. My only issue were some of the waitresses were definitely. But everyone at the front desk all of the taxi services, etc. were amazing!

The resort is decent, the hours of operation should be longer in my opinion the swim up bar by the pool closes at 5pm the pool closes at 7pm the buffet close at 10 pm everything else close at 11pm if you get hungry at night after going out there will be nothing to eat. The food is okay. Now let’s get into the rooms the shower heads are horrible the water smelled so bad we had to open the patio door to air out the room. The water has irritated my skin. The staff wasn’t very welcoming. I often felt brushed off by the staff while they waited on others. I felt a lil bit of racism. I stayed at divi for 3 nights i paid my hotel in full on Feb 9th however when i got there they said i had a balance. When i told them i didn’t they went to the back came out agin didn’t say anything and proceeded to check me in. The next day my card was charged $1,397 it was declined so they charged it an additional 2 times i spoke with the front desk about it but didn’t get real answers as to why they don’t see the full payment paid in Feb. when i left st Martin they charged my card again leaving me with a negative balance. I had all prof that i paid in advance and i was never given an apology i had to wait a week for a refund. The customer service rep that i spoke to was very kind and attentive.

Our first room was not what we thought we had booked. It was far away from main buildings and up a steep hill. There was not a direct view of the water. We asked for a change and the staff accommodated us after one day. The room over looking the beach was great, convenient to everything with a modern kitchen with washer dryer and balcony.

The room was very spacious and the view directly in front of the ocean was picturesque to say the least. However, we didn’t expect the running water to be hard, sulfuric to be exact. The pool to the swim up bar was in need of cleaning, the hot tub was filthy and not hot whatsoever. We dipped our toes in to test the water and left with a very thick film of grime all over us. Lastly, the septic system on the resort has a hut in the center of it in front of the spa . Brace yourself when you have to walk past a gust of foul wind to get to where you’re going. On the bright side, the staff were genuinely pleasant to interact with, the beach was pristine, the food was pretty good and the cleanliness of the rest of the property met our expectations. We visited the rooftop bar multiple times and got great reception from the staff there. There were two especially pleasant staff by the name of Sheena at Pure Ocean and Lew at Gizmo’s and they elevated the quality of our stay almost immediately. Their impeccable hospitality turned a lackluster trip into a great stay.

Staff is always amazing & Super friendly - Especially Laurel at Slice & Amanda with service.. But more staff needed. More various nightly entertainment would be a great idea. Grounds & rooms are always clean All in all Divi St Maarten remains one of our return destinations

Gorgeous beach for walking and relaxing on. The water is so clear and calm. You can float on the water on for hours. Lots of great choices for eating. Beautiful pools especially the infinity ones. Rooms are lovely and super clean. We arrived when the maid was cleaning and there was not one surface that was not thoroughly cleaned. Even the balcony. We will definitely be back next year!!!!!!

Bring coffee, tea, cream, sugar, & plenty of hair conditioner as none is provided. No wifi in older rooms but heard newer rooms on rt side (looking from beach w water behind you) had some wifi. Only 7 channels on TV. Very weak & spuraric wifi. All inclusive not worth it. Food so so. Short on staff (they need to hire more). Timeshare presentation optional but was very polite. Our suite was large. Private bedroom, bath, living rm, kitchen. But not even salt and pepper in room. Spuratic maid service. Ran out of toilet paper and towels twice. Banged loudly and aggressively at 10pm to deliver towels after requesting 2 days. Resort public areas needs upgrading but full facility. (Old furniture, tiles missing at pool, etc) But could easily become 4* w upgrades (food), Maintenance & more staff. Pd 2775 not inclusive for a week. (We never went without a drink and ate when wanted and still paid over half as much if we did all inclusive). Bring $1's for cash tips. ASK FOR NEWER REMODELED ROOMS when you book.
