"Despite the negative remarks, my family and I had a wonderful time! The pool was our favourite. The drinks and food also tasted really good. Our flight was 6pm and the staff allowed us to use the facilities (except the room which we were ok with) until 5pm which was a huge plus for us especially with kids. "My stay at La Villa Hibiscus was amazing. The location was perfect for me unwind and relax, yet I had easy access to the hot spots in Grand-Case and Orient Baie. Julie, the manager, was really pleasant and helpful. She send a note and a token for my birthday which was a beautiful and thoughtful gesture.
