"No glitz straight beach is how I can describe my stay. Amazing location, clean rooms, pharmacy not too far, and restaurants at walking distance. The owner Mike lives on the property so if you need anything just ask. The only thing that I think my room was missing was a few usb charging ports and an iron. If you’re tired, you’re mind is always running, and you just need a place to relax, this is definitely the hotel for you. Will recommend this hotel to friends and family. "

"My husband and I, along with our 3 adult children and their spouses visited the Royal Islander to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. The grounds were very well kept with tropical flowers all around. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with kitchenettes that we put to good use.The pool is large and clean and just a few steps from the beach and a waitress is always handy to provide cool beverages for everyone. "This was a quick two nights stay, traveling from our home on Saba to the US. We’ve stayed here before with our two Westies’s, and the hotel and staff have always been very accommodating. I love this quirky hotel, a little pool and the dogs who are caretakers. The restaurant is excellent, and has a lovely happy hour. In lieu of dessert, try the BBC cocktail. Totally yummy."

"Very nice views at the restaurants for ocean point members exclusively. Was not a fan of maho side because of how crowded it was so we stayed on the ocean point side the whole time never seeing more than 15-20 people by the pool. Very relaxing and calm, not crowded and restaraunts were all very open as well with amazing ocean views along with the spacious room"

One point of improvement could be the breakfast, which for the price of the stay has few options and the portions are small, but the quality is good!! Anyway, it's a quaint place and i would definitely stay hwre again and recommend to anyone. Loved it!"
