1 of the top best staff, environment all you could think of hotels in sxm, some of these reviews are very much liars & long time reviews . This is a fantastic hotel.

It was a transit night between flights. The lobby staff was very nice and educated. Safe location and close to many good restaurants, walkable distance.

The ladies that worked the desk and breakfast were wonderful. The location is great for walking to Mullet Bay and Cupecoy Beach (10 minutes or so each, opposite directions) and Maho is a little further but still walkable. I rented a car and drove everywhere on the island. Usually spent part of the day local and part of the day elsewhere on the island. Roads (and the parking lot, frankly) are rough, and driving is an adventure in itself! The local “buses” also go by constantly on Rhine Road so you can get to any of the main spots cheaply (but not so efficiently) if you want to save money for other things. Being the low season, there was some work being done and things were probably a little messier than usual, but considering this is a budget stay on a beautiful island, it fit the bill for me as a solo traveler using the room just to sleep and shower and spending all my time outside on the beautiful beaches and trails!

Really great and helpful staff. They were willing to go above and beyond to help me out. Unfortunately did see 1 cockroach in the room, but honestly it's an island so not major. Everywhere else was spotless though. Wifi is strong as well, There's a microwave in the lobby to use and an ice machine that you can request for ice. Great location, there's a grocery store, convenience store and restaurants less than 2minute walk. $20USD ride from the airport and back.

Did not receive breakfast (I was refunded $10 for it). No airport shuttle as advertised, however staff assisted with calling a taxi. Phones in the rooms don't work so you have to go down to reception to get assistance.

Great location , That place have a lot of potential but very neglected and some of the stuff specially the cleaning unprofessional . Front desk people are very welcoming , helpful. I’ll always suggest someone who plan to stay there to check everything in their room ( bathroom , Ac , bedsheet )

The ac was a bit hot to my liking, the room can use some upgrades and general clean. The elevator smelled of cigarettes and the hallway spelt musty. The staff was really helpful
