The staff were all great. We had a free upgrade which was nice but the condos are a little dated and could use some upgrades. Housekeeping was good. Happy hour was also good and gave you a chance to meet other guests many that were long time return guests.

This hotel was just awful, ran down & in very poor conditions! The area is not safe. The staff was courteous & tried to make up for it not their fault. The owner needs to be made responsible, it is literally falling apart! I was only there one night and I would like to request a refund. Nothing positive to say.

This was a good solid place to stay. It met all the expectations. It was very clean in the room and around the resort. Room was as pictured. View wonderful. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was a quiet resort and I enjoyed the free welcome party, the wine and cheese party---both with singers and the karaoke. Water aerobics was great. Restaurant food was good and the store on premises was very convenient . Mostly an older crowd. You should probably rent a car to get around although you could walk restaurants and stores --one about a km and the other just half that. Helpful staff arranged an extra couple of nights due to flight cancellation and also helped with taxi service.

Room was large but falling apart and dirty. We booked a 14 night stay and checked out after 2 days. This place may look good in phoos, but it is a dump.

Safe yourself the future trouble and DO NOT BOOK HERE! What a nightmare. The photos looked nice and reviews were decent so I decided to book this for a week long getaway. What an instant regret. The place is DISGUSTING. Rooms not properly clean, Hair all over our floor (not ours) right after checkin, which indicated rooms not properly cleaned before hand. Lobby is run down, grounds are run down. We checked in, went for dinner and booked a last minute stay somewhere else, and quickly checked out. Hotel won’t give me a refund. I was UNABLE TO STAY HERE due to the lack of cleanliness. The bed had a metal rod running down the middle. Who knows what sort of bugs and roaches I would have found in my room if I continued the stay. Horrible grounds, horrible customer service. You should be ashamed you are operating to the public like this. We last minute booked at the Hilton Flamingo and it saved our vacation, they were amazing!!

The staff was amazing, so helpful... Marcia was the best, our go to girl for everything. The room was nice... Not perfect but nice. The only complaints I have is we had to ask for service every day to get clean towels and sheets and the last who did breakfast and runs the bar outside is not very friendly. But all n all we loved it! Definitely recommend. Thank you Marcia for making our trip memorable !!

Das Hotel war in Ordnung. Es war geräumig, aber die Anlage war insgesamt stark in die Jahre gekommen und müsste unbedingt renoviert werden. Der Safe hat nicht funktioniert, auch nicht nachdem ein Techniker da war. In den Schränken der Küche lagen tote Insekten. Erstmal war keine Seife im Zimmer, auf Nachfrage wurde gesagt, dass es gerade keine gibt. Später konnte die Reinigungsfachkraft aber doch noch eine ausfindig machen und hat sie uns gebracht. Eine Kaffeemaschine gab es leider auch nicht im Zimmer. Im Fitnessraum gab es nur ein Laufband, das leider nicht funktioniert hat. Am Pool gab es nicht genügend Liegen für alle. Wunderschön ist der kleine private Strand und der Blick aufs Meer von den Zimmern aus. Das Zimmer war auch schön groß und geräumig. Das Personal war insgesamt recht freundlich.

The room was ok and staff was friendly….the only issue is the rooms and place is very outdated and old … very poor lighting in rooms … the tub in washroom was not to high to get in and out of .

Nice staff. Clean but older style. Think 90s-2000s, upside is the rooms were bigger then as is here. Caribbean but well maintained. Everything works. Great market nearby and small market w/ essentials downstairs, decent. Gym looked enough for people with experience and those who want to do cardio to be happy. It was closed for Reno when I was there. Great gym nearby, walking distance. Great views. Well priced.

The ocean view room was amazing with the yachts, planes, cruise ships passing by and sunsets. If we had the street view, the experience would have been much different. We lost water a few inconvenient, short times but other than that, it was great. Unfortunately the beach surf behind the facility was very rough so swimming there was not an option.

We had stayed for six nights and did not have hot water in the shower the entire time we were there. We asked at reception multiple times and they had sent up the maintenance crew at least twice. But it was never fixed. The location of the hotel is lovely but the lack of hot water in the shower for the whole trip put a damper on the whole trip. By the third or fourth day, the front desk, while apologetic, did not seem to care and I’m not sure if they even put in the work order to have it fixed. They did give us a late check out when my husband asked as our flight was delayed. He had suggested not putting another guest in the room until the plumbing gets sorted - but it did not seem like that would be the case. We routinely had to ask for a fourth towel as they kept leaving only three. And at times, the beach towels were not available from the front desk as they were being laundered. We will not be staying here again
