"Just an amazing experience. it was our Sonesta property since our honeymoon 36 years ago in Bermuda. We spent 3 nights/4 days of sunshine rest and relaxation celebrating a birthday and retirement. The Jr King suite was perfect and we’ve never experienced the degree of kindness and helpfulness from a hotel staff in all of our journeys. "The elevator was out of service claiming 2 set of stairs with suitcases not fun
Ac took to long to cool room .. room was hot when we checked in . try use phone inside room to call front desk phone is not working had to walk back down 2 set of stairs just for a extra towel"

"Everything was super clean and nice. The only issue was that I didn’t expect the room to have no electrical outlets near the bed or the couch, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel."
