"Tout était parfait, les employés nous ont accueillis avec un beau sourire. Lorsque nous avions des questions ils ont su nous répondre toujours avec le sourire. La chambre très propre et très belle telle que sur la photo, le lit très confortable . Très Belle terrasse au 6ème étage pour se détendre et le décor de l’hôtel vraiment magnifique. Donc je vous recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel qui est très bien situé ♥️"

"Lovely hotel in old QC in the middle of the Plains of Abraham. Big comfy rooms with a small indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, and a very hot dry sauna. The courtyard was also nice place to eat our takeout lunches. Parking spaces are a little tight with larger cars/SUVs - pro tip: leave the parking garage before you check out otherwise your parking access will be deactivated and you won’t be able to leave the garage."

"Pas un énorme soucis mais nous avons eu de la difficulté à trouver l'accès à l'ascenseur. Nous avons escaladé les corridor avant de retourner à la réception pour qu'on nous indique à nouveau l'endroit pour s'y rendre. Tel que mentionné ci-haut, un minime soucis."

"There were many negative reviews about this hotel but I booked anyway because it is well situated and very inexpensive. The decoration of the lobby and hallways is outdated and carpets in the hallway have seen better days. However, staff was friendly and helpful and, above all, the hotel was very quiet, ample parking, the room was clean, recently renovated, pleasant smelling and the bed was very comfortable. It was a perfect choice for me."
