"Extremely disappointing stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Quebec. During our 6-day stay, basic housekeeping standards were not met. We had to repeatedly ask for fresh towels and clean bedding almost every day, yet our requests were largely ignored. Shockingly, our bedsheets were changed only once during the entire stay.
