"My stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing overall.
The staff members we interacted with were kind and polite, which I truly appreciated. However, when we went to pick up our luggage, there was nobody supervising the front area, meaning literally anyone could have walked away with our belongings. That felt very careless and unsafe.
The facilities felt poorly maintained and outdated, and the mattresses were extremely worn out and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to rest properly. One of the worst design choices was installing a motion-sensor light switch inside the room. The light would turn on every 10 minutes during the night, constantly waking us up and interrupting our sleep.
The elevator was also extremely small and looked neglected, which is surprising considering the large number of guests the hotel accommodates.
The only real positives I can mention are the affordable price and the fact that breakfast was included. The breakfast area was clean, and while there was not a huge variety of options, there was enough food available and it was decent overall."
