Title: A Pleasant Stay at First Hotel Stockholm North I recently had the pleasure of staying at the First Hotel Stockholm North, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel was clean and functional, meeting all my needs perfectly. Although there were only a few staff members on duty, they were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The breakfast offered was excellent, providing a great start to my day. Additionally, the location was very convenient for the airport and suited our travel plans perfectly as we explored Stockholm for the first time. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay in Stockholm!

Ärligt sagt, detta borde inte vara hotell. Det var hemskt upplevelse at sova i denna säng. Ingen luftkonditionering. Inget av minsta bekvämligheter att vara i Stockholm hotell. Jag kommer aldrig i livet att återvända till detta hotell och jag vill att folk läsa detta så att de betala kanske 100 SEK mer för bättre hotell. Det var inte billigt i alla fall. Frukosten var under normal, ost var inte fräsch (tror gammal från dagen innan), samma sak ägg.

Trevligt bemötande vid incheckningen , kul när man är ihågkommen sen mina tidigare vistelser där. Ett bra hotell som jag gärna återkommer till , och sen dom öppnade upp sin nya reception och frukostdel så blev det riktigt bra . Frukosten var bra och god , saknade inget på den . Lungt och tyst, med en skön säng , så inget att klaga på.

Vi stannade för en natt och trivdes hyfsat bra. Personalen var super trevlig och hjälpsam, frukosten utmärkt! Vi uppskattade även gymmet. Det dåliga med vår vistelse var att det var väldigt varmt i vårt rum och att rummet dessutom var strax bredvid motorvägen. Så i och med att vi var tvungna att hålla fönstret öppet för att få in luft i rummet så var det också mycket högljutt därinne.

There was no ventilation system in the room and the windows was not able to open because they have sealed that. We have visited in summers so the room was so warm that we didn’t even sleep at night. We have told in the reception they just gave us a small fan was not even working fine. Overall our experience was so bad. Not gonna book this hotel again

Luftkonditionering obefintlig….

Stor besvikelse att upptäcka att beskrivningen av Rummen inte stämmer. Vi valde hotellet för att beskrivningen angav att det finns luftkonditionering, vilket det INTE gör. I allmänna utrymmen finns ett visst mått av kylning, men på rummen saknas det helt. När utetemperaturen är närmare 30 grader blir det olidligt varmt på rummet. Att öppna fönstren för att få någon luftväxling blir en prövning med motorvägen 100 m bort. Servicen i restaurangen var av lägsta tänkbara klass. Personalen hade missat att beställningen av en Sandwish skulle var utan rödlök, men ingen ursäkt för misstaget presenterades förrän efter påtryckningar. Kommer inte att besöka detta hotell fler ggr. och rekommenderar andra att inte
