"I will start off by saying that our stay was decent and most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were there July 31-August 2, our room was on the 9th floor, and our air conditioning was broken, needless to say, we didn't sleep very well. The first night maintenance was called to our room and the lady was not interested in looking at it. She barely walked in our room and said that a lot of rooms have air conditioning that is broken.
