"The room was not very clean. There was one tissue in the tissue box, hairs in the bathtub, the ice machine was broken, and the beds were extremely hard. I would not stay there again."

"The hotel and casino overall are well maintained clan and modern. Rooms are small but comfortable and very quiet. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the wait staff and the staff in the Birch gift shop. Friendly helpful and very pleasant. They advertise 4 restaurants. Burgers of Madison County and the fireside lounge essentially serve the same menu. We had dinner at the forest grill. Beautiful venu. Average food for above average prices. In the morning we got coffee and pastries at the...

"We had an updated room which was very nice and we had a small balcony and great view of the lake and mountains. Loved the complex and easy accessibility to town. Unfortunately the construction impacted the elevators, and made access to the pool less convenient. I get that updates need to happen but it was a shame how much it impacted lots of the shared space. But once it is done we’d definitely come back."
