Cari Hostel di Upstate New York

"Great place to stay in Lake Placid. Hotel staff all super friendly and helpful. Beautiful views of lake and mountains."

"Great place."

"It was very comfortable and safe. Front desk staff were almost always helpful and polite. The only reason it gets a 4 star instead of a 5, is because of housekeeping! We were not informed that housekeeping only came on Wednesdays and Sundays. We were there 5 days. No clean towels, no room service done, at all! We had to ask for fresh towels on Monday, as we had not seen a soul for housekeeping since check in on Thursday. Then the front desk person got snippy with my husband when he asked...

"It was a contact less reservation. Didn't really care for that. No tissues, coffee, tea or hair dryer. Room looked like it had been recently updated and was in great shape. I recommend the Cascade Inn as a good place to stay."

"Delightful experience, like stepping back in time - you could let your imagination flyI"

"Bathroom sink drained exceptionally slow - sliding door didn’t lock - carpet was vacuumed but could use a good shampooing. Room was way too warm-it was as if the heat was on but no thermostat in the room so we had to sleep with the sliding door open which was very noisy with people next door using very foul language smoking weed on the balcony -coughing and talking extremely loudly. Every time they left their room they slammed the door so hard it shook the building!"

"Always a nice stay."
