"Very friendly staff. Loved my room - received an upgrade. Super clean. The hotel includes all the amenities one needs. Great location - walking distance to the Galleria. The front desk staff was incredible. So friendly, welcoming. Gave good info and directions. "

"The "presidential suite" was disgusting. The bahtroom tiles were all cracked and some paint or something olds residue was on it I can suppoly pictures and the valet was rude. Also restaurant was closed when needed. Wont book here again."

"Hotel is in a good location. The building is definitely dated. It is obvious they try to maintain it the best they can. The only complaint was the smell perhaps due to the pet policy. However, for the price it was tolerable."
