"Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. "

"The room we had had been upgraded which was lovely. The room was clean and staff were friendly on check in. We have a Land Cruiser Troopy which did fit under the carport 👍. We did find the traffic noise was quite loud. It was a comfortable stay."

"The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response."

"Pet froendly nice environment. However the door locker to enter was very hard to open. The handle of a sauce pan needed to be screewed back. Very dangerous. The key bosrd numbers to enter the boomgate were hsrdly visible."
