"The rooms were outdated, when we arrived for check in at 2pm the rooms were not ready and we had to wait in the lobby with children for 50/60minutes, we had a hire car and had to pay an additional €70 for the car park, the pool was absolutely freezing, the beach was closed, the room didn’t have air con. Overall it wasn't good at all and we won't be retuning."

"Im großen und Ganzen Empfehlenswert.
Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal.
Einzig die Sauberkeit im Apartment war nicht wirklich gut.
Dazu war leider der Außenpool geschlossen obwohl auf der Website stand ab 01.05. geöffnet.
Wir würden aber definitiv wiederkommen.

"In a perfect location, beach very near, bus stations / stops near, shops and restaurants near as well.
Surprised it is only rated 3 stars, but had more things in the room than what some 5 star hitels offer. It is under rated, should be atleast 4 star minimum. Very comfortable bed and it had more than what some 5 star hotels offer in the room. Definitely would recommend it to anyone visiting Marbella, specially for the first timers, as it is well located. 1. View of the swimming pool from the ground floor bedrooms is blocked by a row of buses lining the swimming pool.
2. No soundproofing in the bedroom so you could hear the people in the next bedroom and corridor talking.
3. It takes too long to walk from the hotel into town so you have to spend money on cabs back snd forth."

"I'm trying to be as objective as I can.
Property was great. Views, great. Worth it.
Pools were closed, not good.
We ran out of water in the room, (Wife Pregnant) asked the front desk lady, we were told to wait until night time to get refills from the cleaning staff.
What is the world right? Weird.
There was a restaurant down stairs right by the stairs, 8 PM, we asked if we could stop by for some dessert or light snacks, we got told to go to the bar area instead.
