It is a nice, clean, cute hotel at a very central place in Urgup. We stayed one night. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good.

Not bad but very different

The owners/workers were nice. They were helpful but the hotel itself was very different to what the photos showed. The entrance is terrible with a very tight hallway and no reception. We went up 4 flights of stairs to get to our room. The room was nice and big but the furniture and furnishings were very old and broken. It needs an urgent upgrade. The buffet breakfast was nice and I loved the terrace. Other than the hotel being small and very tight with a lot of stairs we enjoyed our stay with my family. Thank you

Kaldığımız oda pisti. Havalandırma problemi olduğu için nem ve lağım kokusu vardı. Banyo hamam olmasına rağmen kurneler çalışmıyordu. Küvet ise allaha emanet. Duş başlığını sabitleyecek yer olmadığından çömelerek duş almak zorunda kaldık. Odada eşyaları koymak için portmanto vardı ve sadece 3 ceket asabıldik diğerleri valizde kaldı.

Öncelikle ebeveyn yatak odası çatıdan ve yan duvardan su almis, vantilatör ile kurutmaya çalışıyorlardı başka odaları olmadığı için ( 3 kişilik oda seçeneği sundular 2 oğlumuz var biri 12 biri 7 yaşında) ve akşam 5 te otele girdiğimiz için mecbur 1 gece için tamam dedik. Akşam ucin yemeğe çıkıp geldik oda berbat rutubet kokuyordu ben odada uyuyamadım düşünün çocukların yanında yattım. Oda o kadar havasız ki havalandırma çalışıyor sürekli ve inanılmaz gürültü çıkarıyor bu ses ile uyumak imkansız. Banyo o kadar bakımsız ve saçma bir dizaynı varki. Normal duş alsaniz(duşakabin yok, saçma bir jakuzi var eski) tüm banyo su içinde kalıyor ve gider ters olduğu için gitmiyor. Sabahı sabah wttim hiç uyuyamadim. Mağara konsepti yapacağız diye havasız oda yapmışlar. Çok berbat bir deneyim oldu ne yazık ki:( kahvaltı vasat.2 yıl önce bir otelde kalmis ve kahvaltısına hayran kalmıştık.

Otele ilk girişte görsel açıdan cezbedici görünse de oda tam manasıyla vasattı. Lavaboya girdim klozette sifon bile çekilmemişti. Odanın boyutu ve jakuzi fotoğraflara göre bayağı küçüktü. Kahvaltısı eh işteydi. Patates kızartmasından başka ateşte pişen bir ürün mevcut değildi patatesler zaten buz gibiydi. Yalnızca peynirler tazeydi bunun dışında herhangi bir albenisi yoktu.

Cave değil de içi cave olarak dizayn edilmiş, yine de o havayı yansıtan sıcak samimi bir otel. İşletmeciler güleryüzlü ve yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Odada ufak da olsa bir dolap olmasını isterdik ama genel olarak memnun kaldık, teşekkürler.

Otopark dedikleri sokaga birakmak, 3 bina geride sokaga biraktik, odalar buz gibiydi 3 kere arayinca resepsiyonu anca biraz isittilar, wcde inanilmaz kotu koku var odaya da yayilmis. Telefon cekmiyor, en kotusu de yataklar kazik gibi asiri sert ve rahatsizdi yerde yatsam ayni olurdu, kalamadik bile cikip baska otele gectik
