"Everything was perfect except for the length of our stay. Next time we are in the area, we will make sure to stay at least a full night if not for a few nights. The place was beautiful, great views, a fun 3 par course, and a nice pool (we didn't get to use). To top it off, the Palacio was a short 7 minute drive to the Bilbao airport, making it a no brainer for our trip. To to it all of, the staff was kind and helpful. All in all, I look forward to visiting again if I'm ever in the area."

Ad if your room is on the back side of the hotel, you will hear people playing loudly in the racquet club until 11PM. The room was clean and simple."
