"The location was perfect, the room was clean, quiet, comfy, and we really enjoyed the little spa too! Staff was helpful, and we had a great time in Andorra!"

"Great breakfast, very friendly staff and good location (right across from the Caldea spa and a 5 minute walk to the touristy area). We stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. The bathrooms in the rooms could use an update but that is a very minor complaint."

"The hotel is located in a quiet, picturesque location. The reception staff is very friendly. However, the hotel itself is far from new. The carpet, furniture, and everything in the hotel are quite worn. My biggest complaint was the room cleaning policy, which requires you to vacuum and mop the floors, dust everywhere, and clean the kitchen and bathroom upon check-out, otherwise you risk losing part of your deposit. I would prefer the cleaning fee to be included in the room price by default."

"Some of the front desk staff were not friendly. A bit sad you have to pay extra for access to the pool. This should be a standard offering and its hours were quite limited. The buffet and food options were pretty good. The restaurant staff were fantastic. "

"Slope access was excellent ski in ski out. Receptionist was Brill and sorted out an issue upon arrival with great skill. It's quite a steep walk up and down to shops and bars so be prepared for that."
