"Actual health concerns regarding the mould in the bathrooms. Can’t be healthy being around this kind of bacteria.
The rooms are far noisier than preferred. You’ll hear your neighbour snoring and anyone wheeling baggage in or out at all hours.
The staff at reception was top quality and the only nice thing about this accomodation."

"Drains were blocked and shower flooded half of the carpet room I stayed in. No one on reception and no after hour line so I had to sleep in a room with the gross smell of a soaking carpet
Got wet and almost slipped every time I went to the bathroom also
Other than that everything was great. No offer of compensation for the shower and drainage issue."

"Great view from the top floor - this used be a gem and with a bit of investment could be restored to it's former glory.
I was in the best room with a great view however the paint was peeling on the ceiling and the TV streaming didn't work.
Breakfast was ok.
Staff were fabulous and went above and beyond to support me and ensure I had a great stay"

"Parking available as empty rooms on ground floor. We should have asked staff to have a ground floor room as we're seniors. Room clean, bed not comfy for us. There was only one towel each and a hand towel. Would have been convenient to have a hand towel each and a shower mat. I had to use my hubbys towel for a floor mat in the shower. Warning; the shower tiles were slippery when wet. If we stay again we would choose a more expensive priced room."
