"The pool and hot tub were very nice. The room was clean and spacious. The floor sloped a little bit from the bathroom to bedroom, kinda concerning since we were on the 2nd floor. The Air conditioning worked better than most. We did enjoy our stay here and would stay again."

"Reasonable price for area close to Bryce Canyon and Zion Canyon. 3 or 4 restaurants within walking distance. Room clean and equipped with shampoo, conditioner etc. Coffee maker and fridge. Room nice size. Heater in room is inefficient for room size. It was on the cooler side. Less than what we find comfortable. Bedding is warm and comfortable. I would recommend if you are happy with a cooler temperature in your room. "

"They have done an excellent job remodeling this motel. Many thoughtful details like lots of outlets and usb ports, larger than standard motel size refrigerator with a freezer that works, separate towels for cleaning boots and equipment. Excellent location to see Grand Staircase Escalante and Kodachrome State Park."

"When I booked the hotel room online, I saw the description said breakfast is included. I did not notice the below saying grab and go breakfast provided only during weekends. Weekdays only coffee and muffins are provided starting at 9am so there is no actual free breakfast for us as we would start out earlier."

"It was in a good location for a vareity of locations, i was surprised more people didnt stay until a gentlemen was trying to check in and had to stand around for 45 minutes to recieve a code. Beautiful location, and nice people."

The hosts were super friendly with a huge ‘can-do’ approach to supporting guests in this very different but super satisfactory accommodation for us. As visitors from Wales in the UK, we loved the hot tub and the very comprehensive package of conveniences that made for the perfect stay to remember for a very long time to come! Hats off and three cheers to these wonderful people! 5* for sure!! "
