Okay, the furniture may be a little worn in spots, but at least the original furnishings were quality, and it's been maintained pretty well. The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk person was friendly and welcoming. I liked that it's not one of those big-box motels. It's spread out, ranch-style, and it has a measure of character. I didn't get in the pool, but it's very impressive. It's clear that the Greenwell is not just another motel, but a gathering place. It would be great for a convention, for instance.
