Hotel opened in October 2025. So is still finding its feet. Excellent location on Oudegracht. Staff are located in adjoining coffee shop and are very helpful.

Sadly the shower flooded the bathroom floor and the TV didn’t work at all; while the shower issue was fixed the TV still didn’t work 2 days after brining this to management attention. It’s a pity bc there’s plenty to like about this hotel. Maybe I was just unlucky; Perhaps the maintenance and management is poor.
