"We stayed here for 4 nights, primarily choosing it for its fantastic location. It is within easy walking distance to the Amsterdam train station and served as a perfect starting point for our scheduled countryside tour.
Our room was clean and spacious, and we really enjoyed the complimentary mid-afternoon tea and Stroopwafels—a lovely, welcoming touch.
However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The check-in process took significantly longer than expected, and the front desk staff lacked a welcoming, customer-focused attitude. Additionally, while the room was immaculate, the towels were pilling and could use an upgrade.
Overall, it is a highly convenient place to stay with great perks, though the arrival experience could be smoother."
