"The location is everything!!! You will be steps away from the Dom Tower and close to many shops, restaurants, and the canal. The Utretch central station is just a short walk away. The staff at The Hunsfeld were so kind and very helpful during the stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to return!"

This seems excessive and out in line with hotels in far more cosmopolitan cities. It's a small hotel, so room turnover etc should be more manageable. Secondly, the check-in desk is too small and ill-positioned so that when you do everyone have suddenly checking in at once, it forms a line with people not really having anywhere to...

"Het was 33°, dus de airco en koelkast op de kamer waren echt noodzakelijk. Schoonmaak personeel en baliemedewerkers waren erg vriendelijk. Het restaurant beneden is ook goed gekeurd."
