"Checked into our room and it had a deep odor, smelt like mildew. We went attended our event that night came back and the odor was extremely high, even worst. We went to front desk and they immediately got us another room, wheelchair access and that also had an issue. Soap was used. Now that made it even worse. It was very late night into morning, no where to go. We took clean sheets and removed old ones and spread new bedding so we can sleep. Next morning mgmt apologize for the inconvenience...
