"This is a beautiful hotel in a former imperial palace, close to the parliament building and river. It's a quiet, genteel area, within walking distance of the city centre, but away from noise and traffic. There's a metro station and tram stop very close by so it's easy to get around the city. "Lovely hotel in a great location for exploring the city but far enough away from the hustle and bustle or rowdy areas. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned everyday while we were there and was spotless. We didn’t come to sit in the room and watch television, but it would be nice, after a long day walking around and exploring, to have the option of more English channels or a smart tv to be able to log in to Netflix/prime etc. Free tea and coffee available in the...

"Fantastic stay. Stayed in an Executive room which included breakfast, Spa and the Executive lounge. Well worth the extra money. All the staff we met were lovely courteous and always helpful. What stood out for us was you were made to feel welcome and comfortable. "
