"The room was clean and had a beautiful view. We also tried the restaurant on the second floor — the food was very good and the view made the experience even better. However, there were several inconveniences that made the stay disappointing. The spa situation was frustrating: even hotel guests have to pay around $80 for only 2 hours, including mandatory use of their swimsuits and slippers. "We stayed about a week in early May. The Havgrim can best be described as cozy and intimate with a handful of rooms. Beautiful sea view and easy walk into town. Breakfast is lovely - and saves you from having to get breakfast in town as there are limited restaurants. I would say depending on the direction of the wind you can hear larger trucks leaving Torshavn from your room if you are super sensitive to noise , otherwise you can hear the ocean waves. A lovely stay!"
