"The room was nothing short of fabulous. It was enormous, with high ceilings and windows that opened onto views of the countryside. The bathroom was fit for a king. Water pressure was good, and the shower temperature was constant. The bed was firm. Plenty of storage space. The pool was lovely. There are not too many guests, so there was more than enough room to sit and lounge in relative privacy. The staff were attentive and made excellent drinks. Lunch and dinner were lovely, with a good...

"This clean, mountain top property offered a cool respite from the Lerici crowd. The staff are so welcoming and friendly that you feel right at home. Excellent breakfasts get your day going. I’d recommend the hotel for travelers on a budget who get a very nice place to boot."

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

The WiFi was fine, the air condition , which during our stay with temperatures hovering around the 90 plus degrees , was a lifesaver , worked perfect ."
