"The front desk staff (Aroon) was very helpful and attentive. The hotel room itself was fine - good bed, clean sheets, good lighting. However, the property is tired and needs a lot of attention. The hotel is in a very busy area, which is one of its appeals and some noise is unavoidable. However, the common areas (which cover extensive space) are poorly maintained and do not offer the respite from the busyness outside that is very much possible with some thoughtful improvements.
