This is a great hotel to stay in for a couple nights. I'm not the hugest fan of the location but the hotel is decent. Small critiques would be they need to add a little paint to the bathrooms and figure a way to eliminate the old smell in the hallways. The staff is superb! The food is great. Drinks are costly but it's expected at a 5 star hotel.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights! The first day the service was exceptional in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. On the 2nd day for dinner in the restaurant there was not enough staff and the service very poor! We will not stay at the crown plaza next time we will pick another hotel in kochi.
