"Hice mi reserva por expedía y no encontraban mi booking cuando llegué al retiro. Me hicieron esperar 2 horas antes de darme una habitación inferior a la que yo ya había pagado por anticipado por este medio. "We had a really great time at Mystic Mountain. The service was awesome and the receptionist, Ms Gurung was super friendly and helpful. Our room had a nice big patio which we loved. However the shower room felt a bit small. If the weather is clear, you get an amazing view of the mountains and clouds right from the room. "Beautiful hotel with so many flowers around that you felt like you were in a magical garden. The staff always had a smile and took care of every need. My "villa" was in the forest where it was quiet and peaceful, except the day the hotel next to us had a wedding, lol. And the view from the rooftop of the hotel was spectacular despite the haze of the summer. If you're goal is a view of the snow capped mountains, go in September- November. But that did not disappoint me. "
