"We were not send the code to enter the property. Check in is not 24 hours as we were unable to get hold of the property owners. The city tax payment was still taken by the owners even though we didn’t stay in the property and had to pay city taxis at an alternative hotel we found. "

"Disappointing stay. The apartment was only averagely clean, the TV was broken, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Staff were only available until 7 PM, so it was difficult to get help. Overall, the service was poor, and I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
P.S.:Don't stay here during summer, there was only a small fan for the whole room, there wasn't any AC. During an extreme heatwave, this wasn't helpful at all."

"Hotel was tired and unwelcoming upon arrival and when we had questions throughout our stay. Often being ignored whilst staff were on their phones or having discussions amongst themselves.
There was no Aircon in the hotel which was previously present. Durring the 40 degree heatwave it was impossible to sleep and cool down. The saving factor was the pool which although tired was welcome relief from the heat"
