"1. At first glance, the location is super and the room is good. 2. The only English speaking TV Channels is BBC. 3. When you are ready to close your eyes, the pillows are the worst of the world. Folded rubber or hard foam cushions?? The cover and bed mattress aren’t breathable. They are extremely uncomfortable. 4. No one answered at the reception desk when called. What’s the point to have a phone… 5. I ended up with a sore neck and a huge headache. The Housekeeping lady sympathized but could not do anything. The receptionist at the desk pretended it’s the first time she’d ever heard this complaint. I can’t believe it. Because, I have heard someone in another room screaming and a sound followed as if she was throwing the pillows and hit the walls… What’s the point to have a beautiful room while the essentials such as pillows, blanket/comforter, and mattress aren’t comfortable? "

"We had a very pleasant stay at Tulips during our city break to Paris. Upon arrival, the staff were very polite and accommodating, enabling us to check in much earlier than expected which was greatly appreciated after our early journey. The room was modern and spacious with a high standard of cleanliness. It included a variety of amenities such as a HD flat screen television, a rainfall shower in the bathroom and a well-stocked kitchenette with all the necessary equipment which made it convenient for in room dining. Although we did not opt for breakfast, the selection available appeared fresh and varied. While the hotel is located slightly further from the city centre than we anticipated, a short 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station provided easy access to various destinations, alongside other transport options such as buses and taxis. One point to note is that, due to the short duration of our stay, there was no housekeeping turnover service, meaning towels and bedding were not refreshed. While this was not a significant issue for us, it may be worth considering for future guests. Overall, we had a really pleasant and comfortable stay. ☺️"
