"The hotel was nice, clean and the breakfast was great. It was a small parking lot and a little hard to find the entrance at first but it suited our one night stay."

"The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was very good. The room was nice. The building itself was clean but needs some updating. We noticed wallpaper peeling in hallways and different areas but other than that, it was a nice place. We felt safe and the price was good. Beds were super comfy!"

"The place itself is amazing. A little pricey for what it is, but it’s nice. I guess my only complaint was the bed/mattress, it trapped a lot of heat. But that’s just a personal thing. The paid parking lot was terrible too though. That’s the main reason I probably won’t stay at this hotel again, but everything else was pretty fantastic."

"My room with 2 Queen beds, microwave, & fridge was clean and very large. The breakfast was very good. The staff kept refilling the food. The hotel is located next to restaurants, supermarkets and Colonie Center Mall. There are local buses walking distance and a driveway if you have your own vehicle."

"The property is very quaint and very quiet. It is more like an AirBnB or VRBO than a typical hotel. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the only amenity they didn’t have that we could have used is a mini-fridge. The attached restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, but there are restaurants and grocers within a 10 minute drive. We will definitely stay here again."

"Nice location that is super close to ALB. The free shuttle was so easy to use. We dropped off our rental car, called the hotel, and they sent up the van within 10 minutes. Then, early the next morning, we came downstairs, let the front desk know we needed transport, and within 5 minutes we were on our way! Convenient location to restaurants. We did not get a chance to enjoy the breakfast, pool, or other amenities because of our travel itinerary, but I would stay there again!"

"The beds are comfortable but the room was dirty - hairs in the tub and on the carpet, the cleaning staff isn't equipped with vacuum cleaners and it shows. I think the property could be easily improved"
