"Wonderful place way off the beaten track, run by a very friendly, helpful and forthcoming couple. The house and its decoration is old and rustique but that does NOT mean it's poorly maintained, it's just old. Best breakfast ever, with a stunning view over lake Como. It can be annoying if you are trying to get a good nights sleep. Otherwise the property is a good one."

However, upon arrival, we were still shocked by the location: it is situated in an industrial zone rather than a residential or commercial area. "The overall stay was good. The property is quite a way from the lake, so it is a significant cost for a taxi since there is no shuttle. The breakfast is an extra charge, I think around €15 each, and it looked good. The room was clean. It is about 1 block to the bus stop. The staff was very helpful!
