The beds are absolutely terrible and when I mean terrible I mean rock hard. There is trash everywhere outside the building, very unpleasant looking. Breakfast is limited and the biscuits weren't done. "

"What they don't tell you is parking at their hotel is $15.88/day in addition to the nightly charge + taxes. The mattress was not comfortable. The shower doors didn't close all the way and water leaked on the floor. We turned the tv off when we went to bed and couldn't get it to turn back on the next morning. Buffet was not good."

"The staff was extremely accommodating. I learned Deadwood is not a very handicap accessible place but the hotel was except for the casino across the street. I would have to go outdoors to go to the next levels of the casino which to be fair. This is a historic town so I get that they don't want to alter it very much and the parking was across the street and you had to go around the parking lot and they don't like to shovel the sidewalks and Deadwood sidewalks are very icy which does happen in...

"I had emergency surgery and needed to reschedule our stay. Over ten attempts to reschedule, all unsuccessful. Each time, I was told I would be charged anywhere from $209, to over $500. Same room, just different dates. I was also told I would not be allowed a chair in the back of the venue for a concert, that I could sit in “ the bathroom”.
