"Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, allerdings gab es kein Telefon?! Die Sauberkeit ließ zu Wünschen übrig; verständlich, wenn die Zimmer nur alle 4 Tage gereinigt werden. Wir hatten Silberfischchen im Zimmer. Der Duschkopf ließ sich nicht arretieren und am Waschbecken lief bei Nutzung Wasser an der Wand entlang zum Boden, weshalb wir dort ein Handtuch platzieren mussten. Die Ausstattung war von Tassen, Gläsern etc. eher für eine Person ausgelegt, obwohl...

"Did not get to use the pool or amenities because we were very jet Lagged from our Dallas flight and only there for 2 nights but loved the hotel, ambience, the room itself was great and clean, well laid out. We got a corner room with breathtaking views of the city and hills in the horizon. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted all the staff were very courteous and helpful would love to stay here again if we come back. The pool looked promising and inviting hopefully next time"

"Stayed at Axel hotel for 3 nights, the location was perfect east walking distantace to central market and the old town. The best thing about it's location is we can go back to the hotel when we feel tired or during siesta. All the staff are courteous and friendly. Special mention to Davide for recommending a great tapas bar and helping us with our transport to airport. Rooms are clean and spacious, we even enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi which is a great treat after a day of walking. Highly...

"The staff at Casa Bassa was super helpful and friendly. It is a Super clean hotel! We loved the 24 hour desk staff. Our adult children in Canada had called the hotel in advance and planned to have champagne delivered to our room and booked a sunset boat ride for us. (to celebrate our 40th etc). When we arrived at the hotel, there were red petals on our bed, candy, balloons, bathrobe and bath slippers in our room. "Good for younger people and groups, clean, modern amenities and good location for beach and city. Wouldn’t recommend if you plan to be by pool all day as not many sunbeds so gets busy and judgy. Drinks and food in bar are very good."

"I loved EVERYTHING about this stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful the breakfast AMAZING abd again more incredible staff! But the gem is the spa and massage element - Lin is a genius and the Vichy spa and sauna was a BLAST. Crazy to stay anywhere else and lucky if you get a room! Lizzie"
